We generally recommend booking up to 18 months in advance for our full-service offerings to avoid disappointment. For popular months such as April, May, September, and October, we encourage reaching out as early as possible, as these dates tend to book out quickly. For those planning closer to the date, we can still thoughtfully design something beautiful within a shorter lead time, including bookings within three months, subject to availability.
Your date is secured once your quote has been accepted and the booking retainer has been received. Due to the nature of our work, we accept a limited number of celebrations per season to ensure every event receives our full creative focus.
Yes of course! Design is a collaborative and evolving process. We continue refining and developing your vision as your plans progress, with final details confirmed closer to the date once all elements of your celebration are in place.
As involved as you’d like to be. Some couples love being part of every creative conversation, others prefer to trust the process and see everything come together on the day. Both are welcomed, our role is to hold the vision either way.
Yes. We regularly work across South East Queensland, Northern NSW, and destination locations. Travel and logistics are quoted separately and considered to ensure a seamless experience, wherever your celebration takes place.
You don’t need to book both services, however we do recommend it for couples seeking a fully considered, seamless experience. Designing florals and styling together allows us to guide the overall creative direction, ensuring every element works cohesively and results in a celebration that feels intentional, elevated, and effortless from start to finish.
